Easy 30-Day Returns Policy

We care about your satisfaction. That’s why returns to Shoppers-Plaza are fast & easy! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Shoppers-Plaza within 30 days of the purchase date for all items except returned within 14 days for Laptop, Desktop, Monitor, Cellphone & Tablet etc. subject to the conditions and exclusions below:

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Shoppers-Plaza reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee

 

  • All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unopened factory sealed, unaltered box (including an intact UPC code, Serial No. Mac ID etc.) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  • Shoppers-Plaza is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Shipping & handling fees are nonrefundable and Buyer will be also responsible for original shipping and handling fees regardless of free Shipping Service offer and will be deducted from refund instead. Also Buyer will be responsible for shipping & handling fees to returning back.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days for Laptop, Desktop, Monitor, Cellphone  & Tablet etc. all other items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from Date of Purchase.

In the event a product is returned that is not defective, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by Shoppers-Plaza will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply. To file a return, please contact Shoppers-Plaza customer service via email.

Shoppers-Plaza does NOT charge restocking fees for returns of defective products. If you have received the wrong product or it doesn’t match what was shown on our site there will be NO restocking fee and NO charge for a return label, provided the item is within its return policy period.

Exchanges

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.

International Returns & Exchanges

We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Orders shipped internationally cannot be returned.

Returns—Customs, Duties, Taxes & VAT

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges. Additionally,we cannot refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT or tariffs. In special cases, if you are returning a purchase,you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office.
